Jeffrey Ling - Owner

Jeffrey founded Peerless Enterprises in 2003 with a vision to create an affordable, dependable, and innovative construction company. Jeffrey was born in South Texas, graduated high school and college in Arlington, and now resides in Central Texas. He claims to be an entreprenuer that always is taking calculated risks to challenge his fast-paced life.  He is a man of action and is always looking to better himself and the company.  Jeffrey believes that good people make a good company.  Jeffrey’s visionary mindset always brings new and exciting challenges to his young hardworking company.  He gives credit for his success to his wife.   Jeffrey is a proud father of three children and cherishes his family.

Brandon Whatley - Sales manager

Brandon has been working as sales manager with Peerless Roofing since the summer of 2008.  He was raised in a small East Texas farming community and later moved to Waco where he graduated from Baylor University.  He has spent many years working abroad as a missionary and pastor.  (9 years in Israel, 5 years in Russia)  He and his family reside in Belton, Texas, where he also serves as worship pastor of Antioch Community Church .

Lyndall Ling - Accounts Payable

Lyndall is Jeffrey’s wife and plays an important role in their business.  She has supported Jeffrey through all business ventures and manages payroll along with many other duties.   She juggles home life and always helps Jeffrey and the business with open arms.  She loves her children and is a super mother.
